The role

You’ll work beside our artists to prepare for shoots, keep materials organised and support the studio day to day. This is a paid part-time position, with three days agreed each week around the production schedule.

What you’ll do

Prepare and reset workstations, clean tools to our hygiene standards and track kit supplies. Organise swatches, reference boards and materials for creative tests. Help pack for location work, check returning equipment and keep the studio ready for the next team.

What you’ll bring

Care, reliability and a willingness to ask questions. An interest in makeup or image-making matters more than an extensive portfolio. You should enjoy practical work, follow hygiene instructions closely and communicate early when something needs attention.

Learning on the job

You’ll receive a clear introduction to the kit and our working methods, followed by regular feedback. There are opportunities to observe tests and assist on selected productions as your confidence grows. Every assigned shift is paid.

How to apply

Email a short introduction, your availability and a CV if you have one. Share a colour study, personal project or another piece of work that shows what interests you. A professional portfolio is not required.
