Terms of Use

These terms explain the use of the D’CALOR website and its creative content. The website is published by Alexej Luft, trading as AL WebDesign Studio.

About this website

D’CALOR is an editorial, fashion and creative-makeup website template. Its studio stories, product collection, prices and career pages present the design and content structure. Viewing the site or interacting with its interface does not reserve a makeup service, purchase a cosmetic product or create an employment agreement.

Template purchases and licences

If you purchase a template edition, the licence and purchase terms supplied with that edition govern your use. This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Any external store or marketplace provides its own checkout information and identifies the seller before a purchase is made.

Creative content and attribution

The template was created by AL WebDesign Studio. The creator is Alexej Luft. Design, code, branding and supplied assets may be used only within the rights granted with the relevant edition. Access to this website alone does not grant a right to resell the template, redistribute its assets or claim authorship.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material. External websites are operated independently; their own terms apply when you follow a link.

Adapting the template

Before publishing your own version, replace the identity and contact information, configure form destinations, review all claims and prices, and provide legal information appropriate to your business. The setup guide explains the editing workflow. These website terms are not a service contract for a future studio.

Availability and updates

Content and functionality may change as the template develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every external link remains unchanged. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
