The role

You’ll coordinate editorial, campaign and moving-image productions alongside our creative lead. Some days begin with a call sheet; others with a last-minute look change. Your job is to give the team a clear plan and keep everyone informed when it changes.

What you’ll do

Build schedules, confirm artists and organise fittings, kit movements and production travel. Keep briefs, face charts and contact sheets current. Track estimates, purchase orders and supplier invoices, and flag changes before they become surprises.

What you’ll bring

Experience supporting photo, film, fashion or creative studio productions. Clear written communication, careful budgeting and a calm approach to changing priorities. You don’t need to be a makeup artist, but you should be curious about the craft and comfortable working closely with one.

Working with us

A full-time London role with studio planning days and time on set. We agree schedules in advance, record additional production hours and make room for development. You’ll work directly with a small team and see how your preparation shapes the finished work.

How to apply

Email your CV and a short note about a production you helped organise. Tell us what you handled, what changed and how you responded. Include your availability and any adjustments that would help you take part in the interview.
